After graduating from The Ohio State University, Mr. Barnard began his business career with the Xerox Corp. In 1972, Steve purchased a General Business Services franchise and began helping small business and individuals in Central Ohio. In 2005 GBS changed its name to Management & Tax Services Group.

Management & Tax Services Group assists small businesses in tax planning & preparation, the organization of financial records, and profit development. We call this our T.O.P service and we are more than an accounting service.
